To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

我係一個好鍾意食自助餐既人，好多自助餐都有食過，但我特別為 "the place" 寫食評，因為我真係覺得好抵同好味。飲品有兩款比你任飲，我通常飲橙汁或雜果賓治，視乎佢當日提供乜。鵝肝，之前幾次都係有個廚司企係度煎，大大舊咁，近排變左廚房入面煎，見個碟無先fill ，無咁大舊，但一樣好好味，係我最愛。冷盤: 藍青口，長腳蟹，龍蝦夾，蝦(我唔食)，生蠔有兩款(我都係唔食)熟食: 龍蝦 (我覺得麻麻地，但肉好un，但朋友話好食)粉麵檔，無特別扒，唔知牛定羊，我都係唔食仲有其他薄餅，菜，炒飯個啲壽司檔，凍肉檔，生律吧，都有好多款揀最後係甜品，款式都多，次次去都唔同，上次見到個紫薯蛋糕，又幾味，仲有生果，豆腐花MP雪糕，有8個味，要員工筆，每一次都好細舊，想食多啲要行多幾次。通常都有7折，賣單5百幾6百，有咁多野食又好味！

壽司檔，凍肉檔，生律吧，都有好多款揀

最後係甜品，款式都多，次次去都唔同，上次見到個紫薯蛋糕，又幾味，仲有生果，豆腐花
MP雪糕，有8個味，要員工筆，每一次都好細舊，想食多啲要行多幾次。

通常都有7折，賣單5百幾6百，有咁多野食又好味！
