To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

:本身好少黎鰂魚涌原來而家咁多野食😍剛經過見到呢間有酸菜魚 突然挑起我條癮,一於入去試下先😍🔹環境好大,好闊落,枱與枱之前唔會太迫👍🏻🔹服務有禮貌,而且有問必答又唔會因為太忙而唔耐煩🫶🏻我地一共叫左:🔸招牌酸菜魚湯底酸菜加上辣椒,酸酸辣辣好開胃🙈魚片爽滑、湯酸味美、微辣唔膩,加埋好入味又彈牙紅薯粉😍, 天氣凍食佢就最啱,如佢再熱d上枱就仲正👍🏻暖笠笠❤️🔸避風塘生蠔麵糊換成脆漿,粒粒都炸到金黃色😍,睇得出佢有撈出控油,口感更加酥脆🥹外酥內嫩炸得剛剛好,再用用避風塘炒制,非常香口🫶🏻🔸荔枝灣咕嚕肉#咕嚕肉 一直都係我小菜menu中必叫既Item🫶🏻特別係佢個酸酸甜甜既味道真係好開胃🥹而今次呢個咕嚕肉首先佢炸到好香脆而且完全冇油膩既感覺😳😳就算放左一段時間,攤凍左仍然很香脆的口感👍🏻👍🏻完全冇變淋👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻當中荔枝 取代平時既菠蘿,食落好清甜,唔似平時菠蘿會過酸,再配埋個酸甜醒胃既醬汁🤤成個餸我真係冇野好挑剔了🤣

🔸避風塘生蠔
麵糊換成脆漿,粒粒都炸到金黃色😍,睇得出佢有撈出控油,口感更加酥脆🥹外酥內嫩炸得剛剛好,再用用避風塘炒制,非常香口🫶🏻

🔸荔枝灣咕嚕肉
#咕嚕肉 一直都係我小菜menu中必叫既Item🫶🏻

首先佢炸到好香脆而且完全冇油膩既感覺😳😳
