To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 朋友在觀塘附近開了工作室,邀請我去參觀, 聊著聊著就是晚飯時間,朋友便和我去他常去的潮州菜館,他邊走邊讚,說到我都有點肚餓了。蠔仔烙 $98蠔仔烙可以選擇煎或炸,炸的我們吃得多了,嘗試一下煎的蠔仔烙,熱辣辣的,基本上每咬一口都有蠔仔,蠔仔味濃又飽滿,我覺得煎的比炸的好,少了炸的油膩感卻多了蛋香味。酸甜梅膏骨 $98梅膏這個調味料很特別,由梅子,鹽和糖製成, 吃下去就有酸酸甜甜的衝擊,排骨外層香脆,肉質嫩滑多汁,配上滿口梅膏醬,非常惹味。潮式芋頭炒飯 $88這個炒飯超大一鍋,好多芋頭粒,口感細嫩, 鮮美又有益,陣陣的芋頭香,炒飯口感軟黏可口,還有一些臘肉,令人食慾大增。韭菜豬紅 $48這個韭菜豬紅超推薦,豬紅超入味, 粒粒結實不軟爛,豬紅掛滿湯汁,韭菜鮮嫩爽口,超級惹味。另外加收酸菜$16,我覺得酸菜味道也不錯的,挺開胃, 茶芥$13。

蠔仔烙可以選擇煎或炸,炸的我們吃得多了,嘗試一下煎的蠔仔烙,熱辣辣的,基本上每咬一口都有蠔仔,蠔仔味濃又飽滿,我覺得煎的比炸的好,少了炸的油膩感卻多了蛋香味。
