小妹已有好一段長時間無寫食評喇!但今次可以成功吸引到令到小妹再次食寫評去推薦嘅係喺尖沙咀K11嘅「稻埕飯店」!一開始我們去K11仲諗緊搵去邊間餐廳食晚飯,小妹我就喺openrice搵吓,搵到呢間叫「稻埕飯店」嘅好評都幾多,而且睇到食物嘅照片都幾吸引,所以我們就決定入去食晚飯!喺門口等待店員安排我們入座嘅時候,我們睇到個放喺門口嘅大餐牌有呢個中秋節期間供應嘅「$788四人套餐」:金銀蒜泥五花白肉、福州佛跳牆、宜蘭三星蔥油鷄「例牌」、台灣白肉苦瓜炒美國頂級安格斯牛小排、蔭樹米豆乳鵝仔菜、滿滿骨膠原豬手、滷肉台梗米飯、黑糖薑母鮮奶湯圓!當中我們比較喜歡嘅分別係:金銀蒜泥五花白肉嘅賣相相當吸引,最初以為味道會係普通充滿蒜香味嘅五花肉,點知食落原來入面係有薄薄嘅青瓜片同五花肉一齊捲成,感覺非常爽脆清新,最好係唔好有好油膩嘅感覺!福州佛跳牆係最令我們驚喜嘅,因一開始打開嚟影相嗰陣祇係隨手搵到一隻鮑魚,當時已經覺得都幾大隻,但到分湯嗰陣就越分越驚喜,因無諗到小小嘅燉盅入面會有咁多湯料,除咗有鮑魚之外仲有花膠、海參、金華火腿等等等等⋯⋯真係超足料呀,湯底嘅味道非常芳香濃郁!滿滿骨膠原豬手燜得好腍好入味
