呢間餐廳除咗食Omakase set仲可以單點架,價錢唔算好貴今次食呢個Omakase set 係$680/位由前菜到甜品有10款野食前菜:【味淋魚干天婦羅/炸日本白蝦仔/自家製泡菜】魚干天婦羅係我食過最好食嘅魚干, 薄薄嘅天婦羅包住軟淋淋嘅魚干,口感好特別,日本白蝦仔送啤酒一流。JA菜仙子拼盤:【大頭蝦/醉鮑魚/花螺】呢三款酒味都好出,尤其係大頭蝦,蝦頭爆膏,仲有滿滿花雕酒香炸物:【海膽天婦羅伴魚子醬】薄薄嘅天婦羅包住海膽,海膽唔會話炸到乾哂,食落口仲好鮮味之前仲試過另一款炸物【蟹皇蟹肉腐皮春卷】都好正架主食:【南非鮑配白酒海膽汁】鮑魚爽口彈牙,每口再點上白酒海膽汁,真係好好味【立鱗金鯛配黑松露野菌鯛魚汁】魚皮燒到卜卜脆,魚肉仲好嫩,個汁好味到我飲哂【鐵板大蝦配蝦膏濃汁】大蝦超彈牙,蝦膏濃汁用蝦頭嘅蝦膏炒到好似比金沙包住,個個食完😋👍🏻【煙燻雞肉棒配蘭王月見】燒得外脆內嫩又夠juicy ,另外點咗蛋黃後提升左個味蕾,食完隻手仲有好香嘅煙燻味【鐵板薩摩和牛】牛香味好重,夾埋蒜片好好食炒飯或新竹米粉係二選一我個日鐘意食【高麗白飯魚苗炒飯】甜品綠茶蕨餅好味,但我鐘意上次個個【焦糖脆脆布甸】

魚干天婦羅係我食過最好食嘅魚干, 薄薄嘅天婦羅包住軟淋淋嘅魚干,口感好特別,日本白蝦仔送啤酒一流。

JA菜仙子拼盤:

呢三款酒味都好出,尤其係大頭蝦,蝦頭爆膏,仲有滿滿花雕酒香

【海膽天婦羅伴魚子醬】
薄薄嘅天婦羅包住海膽,海膽唔會話炸到乾哂,食落口仲好鮮味
之前仲試過另一款炸物【蟹皇蟹肉腐皮春卷】都好正架

【南非鮑配白酒海膽汁】
鮑魚爽口彈牙,每口再點上白酒海膽汁,真係好好味

【立鱗金鯛配黑松露野菌鯛魚汁】
魚皮燒到卜卜脆,魚肉仲好嫩,個汁好味到我飲哂

【鐵板大蝦配蝦膏濃汁】
大蝦超彈牙,蝦膏濃汁用蝦頭嘅蝦膏炒到好似比金沙包住,個個食完😋👍🏻

【煙燻雞肉棒配蘭王月見】
燒得外脆內嫩又夠juicy ,另外點咗蛋黃後提升左個味蕾,食完隻手仲有好香嘅煙燻味

【鐵板薩摩和牛】
牛香味好重,夾埋蒜片好好食

炒飯或新竹米粉係二選一
我個日鐘意食【高麗白飯魚苗炒飯】

綠茶蕨餅好味,但我鐘意上次個個【焦糖脆脆布甸】多D
