今日下午我們喺灣仔附近做完嘢之後去咗英皇集團中心嘅「喜萬年酒樓」飲下午茶!一坐低喺我們諗緊叫咩食嗰陣,見到隔離有幾檯人客都有叫咗喜萬年金牌乳豬,所以我們都叫咗1/4隻嚟食,乳豬皮燒得非常香口鬆脆,有淡淡嘅炭燒香味,肉質相當鬆軟嫩滑,再夾埋塊軟熟嘅小麵餅一齊食,簡直係絕配呀,而且無多餘嘅脂肪,所以完全無油膩嘅感覺,不愧係金牌乳豬,亦都係我們嘅必食推介!水晶鮮蝦腸嘅腸粉質感好軟滑,而且都幾薄身,可以清楚睇到入面有大大隻嘅蝦肉!大廚老火靚湯:鯊魚骨松茸煲竹絲鷄豬𦟌湯真係煲得好夠火候,而且湯料係超足料豐富,所以湯底嘅味道係極之鮮甜濃郁,啱晒最鍾意飲濃湯嘅我們,真係超正呀!喜萬年鮮蝦餃嘅餃皮相當煙韌薄身,蝦肉非常爽甜彈牙,而且係超大隻㗎!蜜汁叉燒包嘅包質好香滑軟熟,蜜汁嘅味道好香甜!鮮山竹牛肉球嘅肉質好鮮嫩多汁,牛肉味亦好香濃,而且食落有清香嘅芫茜香味!總括:除咗食物嘅出品超讚之外,另外一樣值得一讚嘅係店員嘅服務態度非常親切有禮,而且會好主動咁幫人客換碟或加水,呢點係我們最欣賞!
