突然間想食中菜,所以今次就試咗位於東涌嘅羲和小館。鋪面都算幾大,座位全部都幾闊落。比起普通中式嘅餐廳,羲和小館行一個比較現代化啲嘅風格,但仍然不乏中式情調,環境令人幾舒服。食物方面,當然嗌咗呢度嘅招牌菜片皮鴨。師傅會喺現場喺成隻鴨即刻切肉,然後由店員上菜,望住即場製作嘅烤鴨肉,令依味菜式生色不少。 佢有三款唔同嘅鴨肉部位,配搭唔同嘅推薦食法。有傳統配甜醬,同埋大蔥、青瓜一齊食,亦都有配爆炸糖新鮮食法。唔識嘅話佢有張卡仔教你點配搭,當然亦都可以因應自己口味配搭唔同食法,真係雖然一道菜式但有多重享受,真係食得幾好玩!另外都嗌咗個櫻花蝦海味蒸飯都比想像中好食。個蒸飯嘅飯煮得相當入味,每一啖都充滿住海味嘅鮮味,而且又唔會好似炒飯咁油膩,飯亦都保持到嚼勁、濕潤,可以話令我感到相當驚艷。海味本身亦都幾足料。最後嗌咗嘅香辣蝦都相當唔錯,鍾意食香口/辣嘅朋友應該會幾鍾意呢款菜式。總結下,羲和小館價錢嚟講唔算平,但食物同環境質素絕對值得呢個價錢,可以話係我近年來食過最值得再去嘅中菜餐廳之一。如果想食中菜,比起飲茶大家不妨嚟試吓佢。

總結下,羲和小館價錢嚟講唔算平,但食物同環境質素絕對值得呢個價錢,可以話係我近年來食過最值得再去嘅中菜餐廳之一。如果想食中菜,比起飲茶大家不妨嚟試吓佢。
