我超喜歡食辣的,約了朋友在九龍城吃飯,本來諗住食泰國野,行過見到這間川菜突然想食麻辣,就入去食~!! 幸好是閒日的晚上,有位不用等。我們本身諗住叫半條烤鯇魚,怕一條吃不完,但店員向我們推介鉗魚,會較少骨,我就點了一條麻辣烤鉗魚。配料很足,我點了小辣,麻辣超香,最愛辣得黎帶點麻! 上枱後煮了一會才完全熟,鉗魚比較少骨,魚肉很滑,兩個人食完整條魚之後點了其他配料打邊爐。點了手打墨魚滑,以為份量不多,原來煮起來份量很多,很新鮮!手打墨魚滑很彈牙,用麻辣湯煮後超正!這鮮炸響鈴卷是新鮮炸的,蠻乾身的,很適合用來打邊爐。韮茶餃是厚皮的,味道OK,蠻飽肚。另外,我還點了干煸四季豆,很香及爽口,蠻乾身的。其實打邊爐的配料也蠻多選擇的,可惜少人食,點太多怕吃不完。
