呢排好興食omakase ,上次食完都唔係好夠喉,今次朋友介紹嚟呢一間位於旺角嘅初鮨,小弟覺得性價比超級高,平均每人$500,1個午餐嘅set,絕對係超值,因為我覺得佢嘅服務、食物質素同埋環境都係頂級嘅質素!介紹返先,今日服務我哋嘅師傅叫做佳師傅,超專業,朋友等緊我嘅時候都會傾兩句,真係好似返咗日本咁!柚子沙律第一,前菜就係柚子沙律,上面有一兩片蕃茄仔,開胃就固然不在話下,我覺得生菜非常之清新,適合refresh你嘅口蓮藕漬其實我去日本最鍾意就係食佢嘅漬物❤,今次竟然食到蓮藕漬,即刻聯想起以前有得去旅行嘅時候,住過嘅一間飯店,裏面都有提供啲上次嘅前菜,真係好懷念。等我由右至左介紹俾大家!北海道元貝配竹炭本身擔心緊竹炭會唔會好苦,食落完全唔會,元貝嘅鮮味好突出,慢慢細嚼會有一絲絲嘅甜味,我諗天下間只有日本嘅北海道元貝先至有咁嘅味道。間白魚呢個食落會有小小嘅腥味,魚味重,魚肉都好爽脆赤身唔會係好綿嘅口感,當喺口腔慢慢細味嘅時候,覺得自己好似喺太平洋嘅深海裏面游水。太刀魚灑落魚肉上面嘅香蔥係來自日本嘅,我其實係一個香蔥界嘅KOL,台灣嘅三星蔥、日本嘅大蔥、我都好鍾意,而今次師傅嘅料理方法真係

柚子沙律
第一,前菜就係柚子沙律,上面有一兩片蕃茄仔,開胃就固然不在話下,我覺得生菜非常之清新,適合refresh你嘅口

蓮藕漬
其實我去日本最鍾意就係食佢嘅漬物❤,今次竟然食到蓮藕漬,即刻聯想起以前有得去旅行嘅時候,住過嘅一間飯店,裏面都有提供啲上次嘅前菜,真係好懷念。

北海道元貝配竹炭
本身擔心緊竹炭會唔會好苦,食落完全唔會,元貝嘅鮮味好突出,慢慢細嚼會有一絲絲嘅甜味,我諗天下間只有日本嘅北海道元貝先至有咁嘅味道。
間白魚
呢個食落會有小小嘅腥味,魚味重,魚肉都好爽脆

赤身
唔會係好綿嘅口感,當喺口腔慢慢細味嘅時候,覺得自己好似喺太平洋嘅深海裏面游水。

太刀魚
灑落魚肉上面嘅香蔥係來自日本嘅,我其實係一個香蔥界嘅KOL,台灣嘅三星蔥、日本嘅大蔥、我都好鍾意,而今次師傅嘅料理方法真係冇得頂,平衡左魚肉嘅味道同埋香蔥嘅鮮味,食落唔會好似激到鼻哥,仍然食得出太刀魚嘅香味,我諗呢啲係考驗到師傅嘅功架。

金鯛
師傅話夏天最啱食金鯛,點解叫金鯛魚呢,話說日本人真係黐線,養佢嘅時候會為少少金箔比佢哋食,令到佢哋嘅魚肉會閃閃發光,真係奢侈嘅極致!

春魚
都係第一次聽呢隻魚,喺上面加左洋蔥碎,意外嘅相襯
