To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 銅鑼灣向來都是找吃的好地方,今次約左朋友見面,特意想發掘一些低調不顯眼,但又能有潛力納入我們最喜愛名單的店舖。一經過這間印尼小店我們便被他的菜單吸引著。鋪頭門口放印尼甜品和小吃出售,全部的樣子都很傳統很正宗似的,有興趣不妨一試。《班蘭雞飯》餐廳最近做緊抗疫優惠,大部份餐廳的拿手菜式都以優惠套餐價$50出售。這青BB的班蘭飯的形狀十分有趣,呈三角形,班蘭和椰漿的味道都很重,米的口感則較黏彈,似乎是用糯米煮成的。雞肉的肉質嫩滑多汁,而且雞肉已經去了骨,可見老闆並沒有將貨就價,實在是良心小店。雖然雞肉沒有像海南雞一樣有甜醬油可以蘸,但卻有班蘭醬可以蘸,有過之而無不及呢!《燒牛仔骨花膠粉皮》從來沒有想過在這種小店竟然可以食到花膠,老闆這個配搭真是創意十足,而且認真益街坊。軟綿綿的花膠配上濃厚的雞湯湯底,令人忍不住一口接着一口,湯底完全沒有味精,我還把湯底幾乎全部喝清呢!燒牛仔骨也十分出色,即叫即燒,而且味道也很惹味!唯一遺憾的是當天的粉皮沽清所以用了河粉代替,不過依然不減美味程度。
