To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

大熱天時，我老公突然話想食煲仔飯，即刻上網找那間餐廳夏天仲有得賣煲仔飯，好在找到憶食尚餐廳裝修非常優雅，餐具尤其精緻，有蝴蝶圖案，餐牌好特別，每版都著名食材來源、如何製造、你身體益處，如服務員介紹，除了蔬菜，無論油、米、魚、臘腸、通通店內有售，都是他們自家製蔥油雞，走地雞比較爽口，加上蔥同油，好嘢味，配上甜甜大白菜，完全唔油膩煎鮮醃海鯧魚，鹹味適中，煎得非常香口，薄薄魚皮尤其香脆主角來了，廣式臘腸排骨煲仔飯，一打開蓋，連隔離枱都讚香，臘腸好特別，滿滿酒香味，提升肉味，又冇乜肥膏，👍🏻，排骨絕不是雪藏肉，好有口感，飯又特別香上湯娃娃菜，蒜子尤其香甜服務員推介糖水御髪膳粥，補腎又烏髮，既然她熱烈推介，當然試試，軟綿綿，加上椰汁，好可口，又唔太甜，非常健康好食得出餐廳師傅用心製作，如此高質素又服務一流，CP 值超高
