月尾出咗糧,約好友撐枱腳食好啲,去咗灣仔新開不久的尚文潮州菜,開開心心,食咗招牌紅燒翅,非常滿意,值得介紹:招牌紅燒翅,每位 $420,味道非常好,因為落咗豬油,食起上嚟質感更加黏稠條,感覺好多骨膠原,幼細嘅魚翅半溶口感,極之滑溜,每一口都是享受。另外必吃滷水鵝片鵝肝掌翼三拼仲有豆腐等於四拼,鵝肝夠粉嫩,滷水汁清香唔會過鹹,高級潮州菜嘅做法。中午食咗兩款點心,潮州蒸粉果皮薄餡靚,潮州煎韭菜粿煎得香口。餐前有潮州茶及鹹菜小食,水滾茶靚,傳統潮州菜館佈置,光猛企理,服務態度好好。
