To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

煲仔飯一樣可以滋味地慢慢嘆，環境一流舒適，每一台都相當光猛，坐得好舒服，而且環境都好靜，如果想同朋友靜靜地坐低食中菜，係好合適的。先黎一個川味臘腸炒蛋，川味臘腸好特別，辣味既臘腸，而且臘腸肉都好好食，伴飯食一流，臘腸用來炒蛋相當惹味。一個簡單的蒜蓉津白亦相當有家常菜既味道。簡單得來又好好食，就係要有一份時蔬先似一餐家常便飯。主角就係臘味煲仔飯，上面有臘肉，雞等等配料。煲仔飯上黎既時侯熱辣辣，店員一打開既時候香味已經撲鼻，超香，然後佢會幫你淋上醬油，仲有加上蔥花。再會幫你炒一炒。臘肉等既配料香，但唔會過咸，而且唔係大肥肉，咸香味滲曬入飯裡面，然後呢..最後煲底的飯焦就係主角，脆，香口，為煲仔飯添上精華。

辣味既臘腸，而且臘腸肉都好好食，
