To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 25.11.2011和友人看完戲後, 都差不多十時了. 大家都未吃晚飯, 於是就留在這個皇室堡找吃的. 來到這間餐廳的門口, 立即被門口的相片吸引住, 此時見裡面有空位, 於是就決定在這裡吃晚餐. 對於烏冬, 通常我也是在家中煮的, 很少會在外吃烏冬, 所以當見到餐牌上有這麼多選擇時, 真不知揀哪款才好. 揀了十五分鐘, 就揀了有肥牛的烏冬.薄切肥牛蕃茄湯讚岐手打烏冬肥牛有很多件, 件件也大塊, 而且不韌, 正 蕃茄湯底有很濃的蕃茄味, 甜中帶少少酸. 湯中也有兩件大大的蕃茄, 很鮮甜. 至於烏冬, 雖則烏冬是浸在湯中, 但並沒有浸到好淋, 仍然可以保持彈牙及滑漏的質素. 讚 但最特別是這碗烏冬之中竟然有幾塊荷蘭豆, 但我覺得如果加一點椰菜或粟米也不錯的. 這裡的蕃茄湯底的確不錯. 有機會要再來吃其他款式的蕃茄湯烏冬.
