To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 元宵節那天不敢吃太飽目的是為了這一餐的weekend brunch 當日剛好有個大藍天在落地大玻璃前望住海景食放,胃口亦同海景一樣超開闊 lol自選主食然後就是刺身前菜卷物爐端燒天婦羅bla bla bla 放題式任食首先要讚爐lobster bisque上的磯煮鮑魚軟稔入味比中式醬油炆煮更對我口味Starter有7款,推薦生蠔、炙燒A4宮崎和牛與海雲刺身盛大概五至六款全部都夠新鮮個人最愛是robatayaki grill部份因為基本上全部都好吃!Wagyu short rib是厚切月slice version肉質軟中帶嚼勁,牛味夠濃夠突出另外朋友覺得河鰻有驚喜但個人就認為汁太多,外皮不夠焦脆另外豬頸肉串免治雞肉棒如果有「月見版本」應該會更上一層樓Tempura部份不過不失,不算太油推薦紫蘇葉炸蝦及炸蟹鉗主食部份必點是炙燒A4宮崎和牛別低估這六、七顆以為會不夠食油花豐盈的大理石紋理,煎香油香大爆發基本上這份量剛剛好,多吃反而會膩另一道主食鰻魚飯醬油調味有點重有點偏韓風的感覺而鰻魚與串燒的有截然不同的感覺個人覺得串燒食法比醬油這款出色

刺身盛大概五至六款全部都夠新鮮

個人最愛是robatayaki grill部份因為基本上全部都好吃!

Wagyu short rib是厚切月slice version

肉質軟中帶嚼勁,牛味夠濃夠突出

另外朋友覺得河鰻有驚喜

但個人就認為汁太多,外皮不夠焦脆

有點偏韓風的感覺

而鰻魚與串燒的有截然不同的感覺
