To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

文匯街呢間煲仔飯已經開左好耐口碑都唔錯，但一直冇機會試，今次經過呢邊決定同朋友試一試佢😋裝修雅致，座位唔會好逼夾，坐得好舒服第一印象已經非常好👍🏼🍚廣式臘味煲仔飯 $177完全被呢部超足料嘅煲仔飯所驚豔！好大煲，而且齊晒油鴨、臘腸、臘肉三種食材，用左招牌茅台臘腸，好香酒味～米飯方面粒粒分明，飯焦係真·香脆，唔係韌口黐牙嗰種😻😻🐓黑松露雞煲 $167第一次食黑松露嘅雞煲，原來比想像中更好食喎😲黑松露份量啱啱好，唔會掩蓋原本香口嘅雞煲，雞肉方面有少少焦香脆口，值得一試！ 🥬瑤柱上湯田園時蔬$97食咗咁多肉，食一款清爽嘅蔬菜就最啱啦。瑤柱湯底浸透蔬菜，口感爽脆，食得非常舒服😙🍹特飲 $39入面包括左菠蘿汁、橙汁同雪碧。酸酸甜甜既氣泡飲品，成個人都醒神晒🧊茶飲方面有玄米、菊花、普洱、鐵觀音可以選擇，我哋就揀左咗菊花茶，食完飯解一解膩就啱晒啦
