Restaurant: Lo Chiu Vietnamese Restaurant

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 聖誕節同男朋友黎食晚飯~7點多,店外有6-8人在等,剛好我地兩位,即刻有得入了~座位係迫d,茶餐廳feel,不過員工服務態度幾好~落單後不久,見到我地仲未上菜,仲係望住隔離枱食,就即刻主動跟單原來真的未入單=.=""不過算啦...佢地都即時跟進呢~點了越式大蝦干炒粉、咖哩大蝦粉絲煲、蒜蓉包、椒鹽軟殼蟹>w<越式大蝦干炒粉﹕超香呀!!!炒粉上有d香脆的粒粒,惹味!!! 蝦的數量也合理,沒有雪藏味 (應該係新鮮的~??)咖哩大蝦粉絲煲﹕大蝦與咖哩粉絲煲分開上的,大蝦炸得香脆,小心燙咀!!! 略嫌咖哩太稀蒜蓉包﹕蒜味再濃d就更好~數量恰當!!!椒鹽軟殼蟹﹕好熱氣=v=好好味=w=椒鹽味恰到好處一邊食,見到好多附近住客都黎買外賣呢~!!!下次黎要試o下生牛肉河,好似HK$28左右同場加映﹕椒鹽軟殼蟹食到最尾唔覺意食埋辣椒,埋單後即衝去對面7-11買竹蔗茅根飲=.="
