To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

第二次幫襯lunch buffet，無令我失望，其中熟食、甜品最出色。因為上一次食到水準不錯的海南雞飯，今次一定要返兜，點知今日無提供。幸運地遇到廚師一問之下佢竟然煮一份俾我！！！雞飯好出色，色香味十足，雞肉好滑，唯一建議唔洗落豉油，因已配三色醬。成碟清晒好滿足呀！想多謝及讚揚當日位廚師體貼的服務，係自助餐以上提供make to order services呢個服務係香港真係好難得！一定會再幫襯，希望再次食到美味海南雞飯
