To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

小妹好鍾意食煲仔飯，但係香港其實除咗陳x記比較好食之外，廟街果啲認真麻麻地，係open rice 搵到呢間評價超高既煲仔飯當然要嚟試吓啦第一次食煲仔飯咁高級好似去咗高級餐廳咁菊花茶超香，每一啖都充滿菊花既香味拔絲菠蘿生炒骨個汁做得好好，每粒都包圍住滿滿既醬汁蒜茸菜心呢度連碟菜心都精緻過人山長水遠嚟到梗係要食佢哋嘅招牌菜特色臘味煲仔飯啦一上枱就已經聞到超香每一粒飯都晶凝通透，每一粒都充滿口感煲仔飯既主角嚟啦（飯焦）每一啖都脆卜卜食完係口入面仲停留香味，呢餐飯真係小妹食過最貴但最好味既煲仔飯
