To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 在附近購物,我好想食高級豐富嘅泰式晚餐。環境坐得非常寬敞,椅子較大。我們叫了一個冬陰功湯,濃郁鮮甜嘅湯底,而且好重蝦味和香料,酸酸甜甜的,真係好值得一試。第二個必食的一定係燒魷魚,好喜歡佢個泰式酸甜辣汁,好大塊嘅魷魚,吾鞋肉腍,好有口感。佢個青咖喱才是最出色,吃個青架哩後就開始嫌棄茶餐廳的黃咖喱了,非常香甜,重香葉味,帶少少辣。我們開始後悔叫了太少包,應該要叫多個薄餅去送。雞肉炒河粉和菠蘿炒飯也不錯,味道到啱啱好,唔會過鹹,配料十足。
