哩個係串揚,有別於一般嘅天婦羅,係關西流行嘅一種小食,但非常考師傅功力,要因應唔同食材去使用唔同油溫。一上台我哋就嘩嘩聲,件件都好大件,再配埋啲魚子好靚呀。炸物炸得好好,炸醬好薄,時間拿捏得好好,保留到海鮮嘅嫩滑、鮮味同肉汁。師傅推介由海苔較為淡味嘅開始食先,入邊有飛魚子咬落去索索聲,口感好特別。最鍾意食嘅呢就係嗰個鮑魚、帆立貝同埋個海膽!鮑魚好滑嫩、彈牙、保留住肉質嘅鮮味。帆立貝、海膽好鮮甜😗帆立貝上面有好多三文魚子,有提鮮嘅作用。

9.茶漬飯(三文魚.明太子.南高梅)*2 $58/位
明太子茶漬飯好好味,食完魚生同埋炸嘢再食個茶漬飯好暖胃,類似好濃嘅堅魚湯底同配料,加埋一齊好好味。
最特別係個梅子茶漬飯,酸酸地好出呢個味好特別。
