To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 2. 台灣九孔鮑魚 (2分鐘)
師傅已經預先清洗所有內臟,基本上所有海鮮都清洗得非常乾淨!所以蒸熟左嘅鮑魚可以即刻放入口,無需再花時間用力拉扯清除內臟👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 呢種細緻嘅服務真係值得一讚!
九孔鮑魚外殼同普通鮑魚有別,真係比較多洞!食落口感亦都稍為彈牙,而鮑魚自身味道就同普通鮑魚冇乜分別,甜到差唔多!

其實大元貝即係我哋平時叫嘅扇貝,柱肉呈圓形,肉質細嫩,清甜爽滑!

真係大鄉里,第一次食活青口😝 完全對青口改觀!原來新鮮嘅青口係可以有鮮甜嘅感覺!而且呢隻活青口好大隻,公嘅就呈奶白色,味道就比較甜。而乸嘅內裏呈橙色,體型上亦都比較飽滿,味道就比較香 👍🏻 👍🏻👍🏻

食完晒海鮮之後,加咗少少水繼續蒸個粥底。粥底主要有海鮮原有嘅水份精華熬製而成,裏面包含排骨、粟米、菜譜、芋頭、薑片同埋大量蔥花 !因為充滿海鮮精華,所以味道非常鮮甜!係我食過最好味嘅粥底😋

❤️ 整體十分滿意呢個海鮮套餐!特別欣賞全程有專人服務🤭 可以確保海鮮唔會過熟/ 過生!而且餐廳提供嘅海鮮,大部份都係極高質,絕對有別於一般我哋可以平時買得到嘅質素!鮮甜程度程難以形容播!雖然係少貴,但蟹仙食到嘅種類,出邊係食唔到,所以貴得有道理👍🏻
