螢火位於希爾頓大廈,步入門口就看到仿日本庭園的設計,有磚牆砂石植被🏕場內以型格黑色為主╴分開兩邊用餐區域,一邊係主打Omakase,午餐廚師發板$488/位,另一邊係鐵板燒,有$380/$540選擇,兩邊都採用了吧檯設計,既能欣賞廚師的功架亦能和廚師好好交流。店內設置天燈許願打卡牆🤣係ipad寫或畫上心願,就可傳送至牆上,可以製造小驚喜,適合慶祝聚會之用。另外想一班朋友黎想有私隱度👨👩👧👦都可以book鐵板燒房,設置3間vip房午市到來客人不多,今次先試店家主力的鐵板燒,師傅是由五星級酒店出身,實力的表現令我一邊食一邊被驚豔╴整個席前料理體驗都好好🥰師傅平易近人,專業烹調之餘同時有時間同客人互動,最後仲送上看似容易但其實好高難度既焦糖吐司比我🤤午餐套餐(星)一人前|$380/位沙律芝麻醬生菜沙律,配搭粟米同番茄仔,不過醬略為有點多🙈帆立貝擺盤好靚好有心思☺️帆立貝煎至焦香再加上黑魚子,增添不少貴氣感,外脆內軟嫩,配搭黑魚子鮮味更是倍增汁煮白鱈魚第一次試汁煮魚,相當驚喜😆師傅首先將魚肉煎至五成熟,然後起左魚皮額外煎,脆度可媲美薯片,薄而脆,浸落自家製洋蔥湯一齊食又另一風味,洋蔥清甜帶

第一次試汁煮魚,相當驚喜😆師傅首先將魚肉煎至五成熟,然後起左魚皮額外煎,脆度可媲美薯片,薄而脆,浸落自家製洋蔥湯一齊食又另一風味,洋蔥清甜帶少少爽脆,鱈魚魚肉潔白,兩面只灑上胡椒和鹽,簡單調味,肉質厚實嫩滑👍🏻

見師傅幾下手勢已經將大蝦完美脫殼,好似睇緊表演咁🤣而且蝦頭仲有膏,相當新鮮,蝦肉好爽彈,不過調味比較濃

牛肉熟成度當然交比經驗老到師傅決定😛大約三成左右,牛肉表面鎖住肉汁😍食落冇筋非常軟腍,油花相對較少,因為唔係和牛,不過牛味更出,可配蒜片或自家製沙律芥辣醬一齊食,唔會好攻鼻,極為滋味

誠意滿分炒飯,加入好多櫻花蝦同蔥花一齊炒,飯粒粒金黃乾身,最後仲用上蘭王蛋煎成脆邊太陽蛋😋濃郁重蛋味既蛋汁拌飯,完全為炒飯提升另一個質素
