出開嚟荔枝角睇中醫,中醫話我要食多啲嘢,我哋即時好聽話咁去食好西。見到呢間日式燒肉好似好高級咁,一於試試佢。首先我幾鍾意佢座位啲間隔,每一個卡位都係有屏風,每一張枱都係一個好完美嘅私人空間,啱晒大家去食好西嘅同時談談情摸摸酒杯底。我哋叫咗個和牛拼盤,包括有四款牛肉,三款雞肉,三款豬肉。和牛係四個唔同嘅部位,不過俾啲咩部位你就視乎當日嘅供應量,因為佢嚟到嘅肉類同埋餐牌上面嘅唔一樣。今晚我哋食到嘅係和牛下鞍,羽下,芯芯同埋肩三角。我個人覺得最好味嘅係和牛肩三角,佢本身有醬汁醃製過,所以唔使點醬都已經好夠味。呢個部位都好腍,肉質好軟熟,岩晒我。而第二位就係和牛芯芯,如果肩三角屬於好腍嘅話,呢一個芯芯就更加腍,而且佢係厚切,成個嫩嫩嘅口感出晒嚟。而三款豬肉入面,我覺得最好味嘅係五花腩,佢係薄切嘅,所以呢你燒完之後個皮會彈牙得來又脆脆地,最重要係佢個豬味都夠出,但係又唔會好油,對於唔鍾意食肥嘢嘅我嚟講,呢個五花腩出奇地好味。而雞肉方面包括咗雞胸,雞腿肉同埋雞頸肉,我自己就最鍾意食雞頸肉,因為肉質比較彈牙,燒到啱啱好嘅話都好Juicy 㗎。呢個拼盤仲包咗每人一個沙律菜同埋泡菜,俾你食肉食到漏嘅時候

我個人覺得最好味嘅係和牛肩三角,佢本身有醬汁醃製過,所以唔使點醬都已經好夠味。呢個部位都好腍,肉質好軟熟,岩晒我。

呢個拼盤仲包咗每人一個沙律菜同埋泡菜,俾你食肉食到漏嘅時候可以解下膩,佢個沙律菜啲菜都好新鮮,加埋個沙律醋真係好消滯。

另外我哋叫咗兩款海鮮,分別係魷魚同埋帶子,魷魚係成條上好抵食,帶子其實佢係兩粒字,不過放埋同一個貝殼上面。

個帶子就咁放上去燒,都好快熟,所以小心睇住唔好過火。而佢個帶子都好鮮甜,拍得住刺身級嘅鮮甜,好少可燒肉店會用咁靚嘅帶子嚟燒,所以呢度真係真材實料㗎。

另外令我更加驚喜嘅係佢條魷魚,佢條魷魚都好甜,控制好火候好燒得太耐,完全一定唔係雪藏味,而係魷魚本身嘅甜味,而且佢都好厚肉,呢個價錢嚟講我覺得都幾抵食。

我哋叫咗兩杯果汁汽泡酒,分別係士多啤梨西柚同埋橙,士多啤梨嘅話佢就用咗乾嘅士多啤梨,如果佢係新鮮嘅話會更加開心。反而係用咗新鮮嘅,所以個杯會更加甜啲Fresh啲。

另外見到佢餐枱上面有一支Sake講到好犀利,好奇心驅使之下都叫咗一杯嚟試吓。一試真係返唔到轉頭,佢聞落就似白酒,飲落就係same 溝白酒,佢個果味確實好出,層次都好夠,而且冇乜酒精味,真係值得買支嘆下。
