一坐低,師傅好細心,了解咗我哋飲食嘅喜好,師傅好好人,亦都好有善,成餐飯食得好舒服☺️


前菜
前菜擺款好精美,有白粟米刺身、黑豆、溫室蕃茄、炸無花果配胡麻醬,成個前菜都係清清地,清一清個味蕾,感覺好Refreshing 🤩


鱸魚
首先第一件就係鱸魚壽司,係而家夏天嘅時令魚類,配咗少少有子醬油,感覺特別清新😍


北海度新鮮帶子
帶子雖然唔係珍寶size,呢個大細比較適中,非常鮮味🥳師傅喺帶子刺身介左十字紋,所以賣相好似太陽花咁,好靚🌻


九洲章紅魚
師傅揀左魚腩位置,比較肥美,食落爽口口感,亦好有魚味,三切令魚肉口感更有層次😊


鹿兒島深海池魚
深海池魚,相對頭先嘅章紅魚比較多魚油,非常肥美!睇得出師傅上菜嘅次序,係有經過用心思考🥰


福岡疣雕
雕魚係比較有口感既魚,爽彈口感同剛剛既池魚又有啲唔同🤩食落好特別😍


北海道白象拔蚌
師傅上菜前拍一拍件象拔蚌刺身,令佢神經收縮,所加更加爽口鮮甜😊真係有好嘅食材,都要靠師傅嘅手藝,先可以令食材發揮加零一嘅水準👍🏻


甜蝦
超級大大隻既甜蝦,味道好好鮮味,軟糯既口感,令鮮味係口腔停留得更久☺️


縞蝦
師傅幾蝦膏同蝦子用火槍燒熟,再放上壽司面作調味,食落咸咸香香,亦加強咗先甜味道


石活雕
呢隻魚油份重,師傅燒過外皮,更帶出左魚油既香味,令味道更加提升👍🏻


大拖羅
師傅幾原件拖羅拎出嚟俾我哋欣賞,見到佢好似和牛一樣,魚油分明!呢件壽司用咗近魚胶位置,所以都好肥美,魚油十足,亦都冇筋!入口即溶😍


醬油漬拖羅
同一部位,師傅攞咗醬油醃咗一陣,令菠蘿表面充滿醬油味,將由嘅鹹味將鮮味更加提升😚


鹽燒大拖羅刺身
本身我哋呢個set係唔包括刺身嘅,但係師傅好好請我哋食咗呢一件鹽燒拖羅刺身,經過火炙之後,魚油香味逼晒出黎,好正👍🏻


北海道馬糞海膽
用小匙羹裝住,砌滿滿海膽,非常滿足,馬糞海膽口感creamy,食入口鮮味爆發🤩


白海膽
今朝喺日本競投返嚟嘅原版白海膽,Size 超大,拎出嚟嘅時候,超震撼眼球🤩呢隻海膽味道冇之前嘅馬糞海膽咁強烈,回甘味較重👍🏻果然係高級嘅海膽


三文魚子
三文魚子軍艦,紫菜包住滿滿三文魚子,粒粒晶瑩剔透,非常飽滿!咬落去鮮味即時爆發🥰


拖羅蓉手卷
師傅現成切嘅拖羅蓉,用好少嘅份量,包住滿滿嘅拖蓉做出瘦長版手卷,師傅仲好細心,用剩餘嘅紫菜包住底部,唔會一邊食一邊跌😆
