To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 昨日朋友到訪,晚飯推薦了這間酒家,大約6:30到達。一行5人點了半席全包宴,落單後不到10分鐘菜全給你堆上枱,最要命的是除了炸鮮奶外,其餘的菜全都不是新鮮熱辣、即時製作的食物;質素比茶餐廳的出品還要差!以往也點過這款全包宴,現在不但加了價,份量少了,連食物質素也差了😡。衞生也差了,不知道是不是客人多了的原因,茶壺外面全是茶漬,服務員也照樣使用😔。原本我心目中這家酒家是科學園中比較有質素的中餐,只是枱與枱之間的距離比較窄,我現在再也不會推薦這間酒家了👎🏻。
