To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 剛去完故宮文化博物館,小巴停在附近,想起這邊有很多野食,周圍走走,先生話試吓呢間,入來看看。入來就見到好多米之連奬牌,但只到2017年。上湯有點鹹,粉薄彈牙好味。春卷脆熱,送埋生菜包👍🏻,內含食料正常。紅豆冰有椰汁味,紅豆有點硬,有點酸味😥。雞翼炸到好脆,有蒜味,但差不多要$100,我老公眼都突埋😅。炒粉皮好味,粉好彈牙,夠鹹,配菜就一般茶餐廳貨仔,而且等咗一會兒,好似漏單。最後追咗牛柳粒炒飯多次也沒來,走的時候先出,但見到佢直接俾另一枱客,明哂,不是漏單,是儲單。地方一般茶餐廳,員工一般正常。
