Restaurant: Lo Chiu Vietnamese Restaurant

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 在佐敦做完運動,心想佐敦這個美食天堂,有邊間最好的?實在太多太多,今次就試了老趙越南菜館,在n年前其他朋友都是說'老趙',但未真正吃他們的食物,機會來了原本點了香茅豬扒飯,但大人又點一樣的,望見隔離檯的大雜燴飯很吸睛,於是立即問侍應可否轉招牌飯,幸好趕得切!招牌飯有香茅雞翼,香茅豬扒,扎肉和蟹肉金磚。雞翼用香茅和香料醃製,外面熱烘烘之餘内裏滲入香草味,令這一個飯生息不少。豬扒頗多肉,不會很多骨,甜味成份頗重。金磚,顧名思義,雖不是真金做的磚頭,但是外層金黃色,內層有蟹肉,粉絲,酸瓜,唯一不足的是,如果是熱食,必會加分 這處環境不俗,但檯與檯距離較近!我們聽到旁邊兩位女士不停說風水命理呢!

這處環境不俗,但檯與檯距離較近!我們聽到旁邊兩位女士不停說風水命理呢!
