呢間餐廳雖然喺太子內街,但係越做越旺,六點幾嚟到已經無位,店員建議室外座位,唔想等又肚餓,而且對住內街馬路唔算非常繁忙,將就一下都ok。上次試幾款菜式都唔錯,今次想試吓其他嘢,先點個蒜香蜜糖焗原隻布里芝士配酸種麵包,見到原隻布里芝士喺小煎pan上賣相超吸引,拎起熱辣辣搽上麵包,入口微甜有蜜糖香氣,唔錯。另外叫個藍青口煲,湯汁有酒香同牛油香氣,入口甘甜,青口份量頗多,仲配有西班牙辣肉腸,夠晒風味~主食點焦糖慢煮豬腩配汁煮大筋燒京蔥,豬腩肉肥瘦均勻,入口鬆化,焦糖味剛好唔會過重。Churros今次好似係唔同做法,不過依然鬆脆,雪糕球上加上少少金箔更精緻~

主食點焦糖慢煮豬腩配汁煮大筋燒京蔥,豬腩肉肥瘦均勻,入口鬆化,焦糖味剛好唔會過重。
