話說早前去過越男仔的大埔店,覺得好食又抵食,所以這次來到旺角,就來總店試試~ 原來這店相當細間,開放式的廚房以及吧枱位,有如一間日式拉麵店格局. 這店沒有下午茶餐,選了主菜,可加配小食及飲品,應該是旺角租金太貴的關係了. 越式生牛肉牛骨湯河粉 ($62) 先呷一口湯,湯底熱燙香甜,不會過鹹. 牛肉嫩滑且偏瘦,配上滑滑的河粉,是一客幾有水準的越式湯河~ 鴛鴦雞飯 送秘製清雞湯 ($82) 鴛鴦雞飯即海南雞& 牛油雞扒,海南雞雞肉嫩滑,不過如果是去了骨則更好; 牛油雞扒則太油膩,油份太多,個人不太喜歡. 至於雞油飯熱辣可口,有水準! 越式素春卷 (正價 $49 跟餐$42) 即炸的素春卷,內裡有木耳、胡蘿蔔& 粉絲等,以爽脆生菜捲着吃,既清新又可解油膩感~ 凍香茅薑蜜 (正價 $38 跟餐$29) 薑蜜就飲得多,但加埋香茅就未試過! 薑蜜不會過甜,配上香茅獨有的香氣,原來都幾夾的,個人幾喜歡. 雖然餐廳細細,但食物即點即製,都幾有heart的.旺角廣華街2-20號翠園大樓二期地下8號舖24889191
