To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今次去咗間好震撼我嘅食店。起先牛腩湯飯就攞到我個心，嗰啲牛腩煮得唔錯，有股家鄉嘅感覺，又唔會太柴。另外，魚片粥都幾好味，啱啱好嘅溫度，有種溫暖到心底嘅感覺。不過啲魚片可以再厚少少，咁就真係無得挑。至於啲炸醬麵，啱哂我呢啲唔太鍾意太甩嘅人，啲麵條啱啱好，又吸曬醬汁嘅精華。最後佢哋嘅煎餃，外皮香脆得嚟，入口即溶，矜貴得滯。喺度食，感覺好融入本地文化嘅氛圍，我通常會睇食物質量同價值點，這間餐廳真係令我好有驚喜。比起喺呢個活躍嘅社區嘅其他平民選擇，佢哋嘅食物同服務都算係值得表揚。我嘅碗麵同牛腩飯已經夠好，我相信下次我會試下更多新嘢喇！🍜🥢🍚
