To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 以前很喜欢百分百的茶餐,谁料近日连吃两餐晚市都踩雷😡水煮牛肉,一份70多的晚饭竟然只有4-5片打边炉的肥牛片!分量少是其次,关键味道也不怎么样……好像牛肉🥩烫了下就丢到一锅辣油,没有味好似白水煮。之前吃过1家完全无盐的但是好歹肉多肉质好,这碗还要70多真是浪费感情……羊腩煲($118,菜是烂心的)羊瘦肉不多但是肥肉多、碎肉多、骨头多、皮多,味道还不错(汤底是水煮调料应该很难煮难吃),但是马蹄给烂的就过分了!一个上面有明显的黑斑,一个烂了心竟然切开了一起煮,太恶心了🤢🤢P.S. 服务倒是挺好的,但也不会再来吃了👋🏻
