上個月去過越南峴港,食過當地的生牛肉河念念不忘,今日經過廣華街見到一間越南菜館,雖然店舖細細,食物水準卻不錯,怪不得好多熟客前來。有自家選擇的湯麵喎,好似車仔麵方式,揀選自己喜愛的餸菜,湯底和麵種。蕃茄濃湯果然了得,濃稠鮮甜,有點似羅餸湯的質感。選了檬粉貪其幼細容易吸湯。生牛肉是主打,肉質尚算ok。牛油雞翼炸得外脆內軟,但牛油香味欠奉。加了芽菜和生菜絲增加了口感。招牌冰鎮蕃茄作為冷盤,清甜又帶酸,好開胃。香茅薑茶夠火喉,薑味夠辣暖胃。
