收工返家想近近地搵間食牛肉補一補, 想起士林麵隔離有間616,坐低發現店內好多有香港嘅玩具,好有兒時回憶。點左一個鴛鴦鍋底, 牛骨湯加酸菜湯, 一邊清湯最能夠釋出牛原汁原味, 酸菜湯就最適合重口味嘅朋友麻辣牛肉簿切,麻油加麻辣醬,香味好夠,又夠入味脖仁,好有牛味而且肉質嫩滑!牛舌- 肉質爽滑,牛味濃郁,可惜切得太薄,略欠口感牛駝峰 - 小小脂肪,肉質口感肉味各樣好平均,點牛肉汁加雞蛋最夾封門柳,牛朴肉,我較喜歡牛朴肉,似新鮮肥牛,但不愛脂肪的朋友,封門柳就比較瘦
