To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 我鍾意食太興嘅下午茶餐,份量足夠,等於午餐,我多數食雪菜肉絲米粉配滑蛋多士,或者餐肉滑蛋公仔麵,今日我就食餐肉滑蛋公仔麵,餐肉算優質餐肉,唔會太淋身,煎得香噴噴,又脆口,滑蛋名副其實好滑,好有蛋香味,公仔麵煮得軟硬度適中,另外一個欖菜肉鬆炒飯,個飯就硬咗啲,欖菜少,不過係即炒,加D美極,都幾好味,奶茶係一貫招牌菜,香同滑都係最適當嘅形容詞,凍檸檬茶茶底唔錯,好啱夏天飲,總括嚟講,百零蚊,兩個茶餐,真係超值抵食
