To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 因為好耐冇食夏威夷魚生飯，又見大家講呢間係全香港最好食，所以經過尖沙咀就去試下🥗【808】 $118 (8.2/10)入面有吞拿魚、壽司飯、沙律菜、和式青蔥、枝豆仁、三文魚籽、雜菌香菇、山葵乳酪醬、芝麻同埋木魚絲，餸嘅份量真係比得超多，女仔應該唔會食得哂，不過我覺得佢嘅山葵乳酪醬wasabi味超勁😂，可能下次會試果仁醬，成個飯好有口感，特別係雜菌香菇，切到同吞拿魚一樣咁大嚿，咬落去勁有口感，我好鍾意🥗【三文魚】 $108 (8.4/10)自選配料要左壽司飯、沙律菜、雞蛋絲、山葵乳酪醬、果仁，紫菜絲、溫室青瓜、枝豆仁、山葵乳酪醬、果仁，紫菜絲、脆蒜、芝麻、木耳絲，我覺得三文魚比起吞拿魚好食好多，老實講我覺得青檸同埋脆片都係帶唔到增加嘅調味比個飯😂，不過下次俾我揀，我一定會揀三文魚，呢個飯都係偏向揀番啲有口感嘅配料，其中青瓜可以解到三文魚嘅油膩，我個人勁推薦-📍【Poke Go】尖沙咀漆咸道南81號南海大廈地下G號舖深水埗大南街211號地舖🕑Mon to Sun 12:00 ~ 22:00-
