To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

天氣凍咗一排，好似都唔太搵到機會食煲仔飯，今日終於去咗食🤪今次食依間都幾近柯士甸站，我地兩個人叫咗三樣野，一個臘味煲仔飯，一個咕嚕肉同一個芥菜排骨煲臘味煲仔飯 二人份 $177入面係臘鴨，臘腸同臘肉，臘味份量都ok，飯身係偏硬，飯焦起得好靚，無痴底～臘鴨同平時食到嘅差唔多，臘腸有陣酒香，幾有趣，臘肉比較肥食落都唔錯，夠油香甜蜜咕嚕肉 $127都唔錯，基本上汁包住晒啲肉，而且放咗一陣都仲係脆身，而且炸皮一啲都唔厚，咕嚕汁酸甜度適中芥菜排骨煲 $137食落都唔錯，芥菜食落都甜身，排骨啖啖肉😂湯入面落咗好多胡椒，食完好暖
