有間新開嘅手工意粉店開咗喺跑馬地,放假就梗係過嚟試下啦。餐廳位置唔多,好彩有一早訂咗位,如果唔係都未必有位坐呀😝 (張圖喺食完飯影)Zucchini croquettes ($68)呢個必嗌🔥 即叫即炸,食落外脆內軟,口感很好。炸球裡面係用意大利青瓜,加入麵粉同薯蓉整成,食落熱辣辣😋。睇相有七粒炸球唔好以為好多呀,其實每粒都係細細粒㗎,二至三人share啱啱好👍🏿跟住就係意粉喇!Homemade pappardelle bolognese ($168)讚讚讚👍🏿 寬條手工意粉好煙韌,但完全無undercooked嘅感覺,撈埋肉醬食好開胃~🤌🏿Homemade scialatielli ($158)呢個意粉睇落去有啲似烏冬,但口感偏硬身同更彈牙!有啲似我喺威尼斯街頭食嘅意粉咁彈牙!用嘅肉仲係意大利腸,鹹度適中,同意粉好夾。一定要試下呀😍 呢碟意粉嘅份量有啲少,如果熱愛食手工意粉嘅大食朋友,可以考慮嗌三碟意粉兩個人share😌。Linguine alle basil pesto ($128)呢個較普通,香草醬可以再香濃啲,而意大利扁麵都未夠以上嘅手工意粉咁al dente。
