已經唔係第一次食文記車仔麵,有個好鐘意食文記既朋友當佢飯堂咁,今日又去食啦😆每次去都一定要排隊,已經避開咗lunch hour都係咁多人,人氣真係有增無減!啲餸選擇算係多,今次叫左雞中翼、陳皮魚蛋、鯪魚肉、小花菇。🍗雞中翼係每次必叫既,淨係睇色水就知煮得好入味,啲軟骨好易咬甩,無雪藏味👍🏻小花菇都係我必叫既餸,無個浸臭菇味,細細粒,好吸湯汁好惹味。陳皮魚蛋同鯪魚肉係朋友介紹,覺得普通,唔係太出色。最緊要都係要加辣,叫左小辣,另外建議加埋花椒油,勁香👍🏻
