To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

冬蔭公湯底（4餸：辣魚旦，白蘿白，豬腸，雞翼）先講講超鐘意佢呢個湯底，沒有太多配料既同時又做到冬蔭公既味道，真係超讚👍🏻辣魚旦好彈牙，白蘿白夠淋好入味又無乜渣，豬腸唔會太肥，最緊要係唔臭🤣雞翼都好入味清湯（4餸：辣魚旦，豬紅，雞翼尖，豬皮）本身係豬骨湯底，個人認為清湯黎講係好出色👍🏻豬紅入口即化，唔會好易散，整得好夠味唔會腥雞翼尖用鹵水汁醃成，唔會太淋又唔會太硬，唔介意食骨既話可以一試豬皮好入味，唔會好多毛個種整體黎講，佢啲餸都真係幾出色😋到最後一定要介紹佢個香炸豬扒，外脆內軟真係有肉汁，又唔會有一層好厚既粉，真係重點推介要試呀‼️
