醬料組合,位位十元。選了濃厚原隻雞煲花膠湯(細$238),一口喝下果然不之得了,湯頭極為濃厚,滲出淡淡雞味,花膠多得離譜,少說也有二三十片,難得是雞肉仍然保持嫩滑,就算是雞胸部分依然滑不溜口,一煲細的也分到十多二十碗,質量俱佳,力推。魚蛋皮小籠包($28四只)是做成小籠包賣相的包心丸,有趣有趣。豆苗($35)極度新鮮爽甜。芝士流心牛丸($38半打)那個流心的芝士帶有一點酥味,喜歡酥味的我大愛。花膠墨魚丸($88半打)一口咬下還以為未熟,猛然醒起那些柔軟部分是花膠,這個口感很特別,軟硬軟硬軟軟軟軟出現在一口之內。手切安格斯牛肉($158)賣相精緻,底下那團碎冰除了墊底外還是有用的,平常打邊爐吃到最尾的幾塊牛大多呈現缺血狀態,甚至有時放得近爐那邊會呈現啡色,如此一來,冰面上的肉吃到最尾顏色都能保持鮮紅,讚。離開時見到大條人龍,預先訂座方為上策。
