To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 是日到銅鑼灣食上海菜晚餐 已經係兩星期內的第3 or 4 餐上海菜不過與別不同 甚為特出環境非常吸引, 有大玻璃窗 外面就係接近180度的海景店內有幅大壁畫 好有小時候睇3毛漫畫感覺 蛋迷朋友叫了 燻蛋 要一人一隻味道濃郁,蛋黃jelly狀咁去新餐廳點都要試試 小籠包皮不是太薄 裡面有好多湯咬開少少後 都爆汁又係包 不過係生煎包朋友話好味過 某某出名小食店真正的煎包 用的係雞包仔那種麵團 個底見到金黃色 有個幾特別的菜好適合健康keep fit 的人食 叫左個 大煮乾絲無肉咁濟 用高湯浸煮 大部份都係菜,豆乾絲 冬菇當麵 當菜食都得另一味 就係好味的 獨子蒜和腩肉蒜頭煮到好粉 無蒜的辛辣味不喜歡蒜頭的我都食到最近流行的黑蒜 好多都係用獨子蒜整的本來唔想叫 包點類 點知 叉子雞米 個燒餅 真的太吸引一上來 超香芝麻味 熱辣辣作為餡料的 肉末香辣 惹味將每份燒餅塞到滿 都仲未食晒每件燒餅 又薄 又firm不會爛最後連甜品都係包棗泥包 酸甜平均雖然飽飽 但都食得晒!
