To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. 一風堂起源於九州福岡的博多縣，目前的分店已遍佈全球各地。日本的三大拉麵是北海道的札幌拉麵、福島的喜多方拉麵和福岡的博多拉麵，一風堂和一蘭則是博多拉麵的表表者。所以不自覺地就會拿两家作比較。豬大骨和多種秘方熬煮而成的美味湯頭,非常濃郁鮮美。普通白丸採用了五花腩，較一蘭而言，一風堂的味道稍濃，湯頭較鹹較膩。秘製豆芽不錯，每條芽菜上都均勻地沾有辣椒和芝麻，油香爽口。明太子雞翼将雞翼內釀了明太子，炸到外脆內軟，很惹味。墨魚酥比較失敗，用料是關鍵的敗筆⋯⋯墨魚是漂白過的，白的失真；coating也做得不好，所以經過油炸的後顯得不均勻和油膩。
