今晚有人話想食辣,就去咗九龍城一間專食雞煲同烤魚的小店。小店位於九龍城店,店舖不是很大,裝修有點像茶餐廳的環境。餐廳供應不同啤酒和汽水但我們點了一支蘋果醋。上枱時我以為店員給錯了一支啤酒,後來看清楚才發現是一瓶綠色玻璃樽的蘋果醋! 蘋果醋是酸酸的帶點甜兒,酸的程度係可以接受,味道清新,今晚不經不覺都飲了兩大支!老闆細心介紹左不同的魚可以選擇,我哋選擇了沙巴龍躉因為比較多肉小骨,適合我們一邊吹水一邊食飯的懶人!並提供唔同程度的辣味給客人選擇。老闆閑談間透露原來湯底是獨家調製的,沙巴龍躉是以時價算的$538。配料有芽菜及酸菜,加上酸辣湯底,惹味無窮。 魚肉滑嫩,鮮香麻辣是此菜式精髓,配料吸收辣汁後很正。鮮淮山、黑木耳、萵笋份量適中,黑木耳及萵笋青香爽脆,淮山本身味道偏淡,但吸收辣汁後很正。店員亦極力推介了炸響鈴,響鈴是新鮮炸的,只需要放在湯裏三秒,入口依然香脆!今晚我覺得最值得推介是這一的菜色-脆椒雞軟骨!入口酥香爽,脆椒好似薯片一樣,咬落脆卜卜,非常香口!
