To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 年初二走到去佐敦拜年, 晚飯是最令人煩惱的事, 因為許多店鋪在農曆新年假期中是不設營業的。 於是在佐敦打了個轉, 最後給我發現到這間越南餐館。由於接近獨市生意, 所以這間餐廳人流十分旺盛。 餐廳內座位 算是寬敞, 格調舒適。今天只有假日餐牌 供客人選擇, 意味著食物價格會提高, 不過假期外出用餐 貴也是值得。我點了個經典生牛肉湯河粉, 這間舖 的牛肉湯粉偏鹹, 所以拖我是不敢喝的,但用以拌麵吃味道十分出。 可惜的是生牛肉上桌時已經全熟了, 並且口感比較老比較柴。 而河粉算是正常水平, 無論口感和份量 也令人滿意。雖然正值假期, 但一碗可分六十元正也能夠埋單, 個人認為十分經濟。

我點了個經典生牛肉湯河粉, 這間舖 的牛肉湯粉偏鹹, 所以拖我是不敢喝的,但用以拌麵吃味道十分出。 可惜的是生牛肉上桌時已經全熟了, 並且口感比較老比較柴。 而河粉算是正常水平, 無論口感和份量 也令人滿意。
雖然正值假期, 但一碗可分六十元正也能夠埋單, 個人認為十分經濟。
