Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

近年食過最差既劣食晚飯

我近年食過最差嘅一間餐廳，已經前一晚特登打電話book話要乳鴿，諗住同舊同事聚吓舊見吓面，搵間小菜館食吓嘢。點知呢間餐廳全部嘢都甩皮甩骨咁，我落班嘅時候已經同佢講咗話尋日特登留咗兩隻乳鴿，但都可以等我地食到一半既時候話比我哋知賣哂，而且最離譜嘅係仲想賴返落我哋轉頭，話我哋無落單，明明一早落單嘅時候已經講咗幾次，尋日有留到乳鴿，叫佢同我落單，咁都可以冇咗件事嘅，呢間嘢真係經經典。佢啲人完全係冇溝通，運作又極差，啲侍應又唔醒目，廚房出菜勁慢，啲人講到佢啲咕嚕肉點樣好食，其實真係好普通，我哋真係食到個個都好炆憎，情願去過第二間食過，賣單嘅時候又計多錢，我真係強烈建議啲人唔好幫襯，真係唔值，附近周圍大把嘢食，真係唔使食得咁谷氣！
