To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 通常到左食飯時間都遇到同啲問題: 唔知食咩,同埋洗唔洗排長龍。 今日同個同事出去,佢行下行下話想食拉麵,就去左呢間熊拉麵。十二點過少少到就已經有人排緊隊。我哋前面有大概八個人,等左二十分鐘。因為無乜特別想試其他,所以都係叫返個招牌態拉麵。(得一張相,因為開始食之後就好少影相)先講個湯。佢係豬骨湯底,唔太味精,味道其實幾好。我同個同事都差唔多飲晒啲湯。另外值得讚嘅係佢粒蛋。佢做得好嘅係佢好入味,又好流心。肉方面就有三種選擇。有燒左嘅肥叉燒,瘦的肩肉,同角切什麼什麼。我揀左肥叉。個肉係幾好味,唔算太肥,不過得一塊。。。個面就馬馬地,有啲似即食麵。食 lunch 都算ok. 因為份量真係唔多。

先講個湯。佢係豬骨湯底,唔太味精,味道其實幾好。我同個同事都差唔多飲晒啲湯。

另外值得讚嘅係佢粒蛋。佢做得好嘅係佢好入味,又好流心。

肉方面就有三種選擇。有燒左嘅肥叉燒,瘦的肩肉,同角切什麼什麼。我揀左肥叉。個肉係幾好味,唔算太肥,不過得一塊。。。

個面就馬馬地,有啲似即食麵。

食 lunch 都算ok. 因為份量真係唔多。
