To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 是日又約咗個同事一齊食lunch,兩個人未決定食乜好,行咗去渡船街文匯街果頭先再諗。行過呢間老趙越南餐廳,見唔駛等位又有lunch set,就入去坐低。lunch set價錢由$50-$80+,包飲品,亦可以加錢要小食或時蔬。lunch hour得一個鐘都要快食,light啲都OK,同事叫咗扎肉湯河,我就鍾意食撈檬多啲,嗌咗香茅雞翼撈檬。飲品揀咗熱蜂蜜柑桔露,唔駛加錢。另外亦有桂圓紅棗茶,係冬天想養生嘅選擇。最amazing嘅係上菜速度,快到好似就咁喺廚房拎出嚟咁,雞翼有四隻,炸到熱辣辣,配料有醃咗嘅紅蘿蔔絲同白蘿蔔絲,加少少花生碎,簡簡單單,都非常大碗,夠晒飽肚,夏天唔想食啲太熱嘅嘢都可以食撈檬。食食下發覺員工要食飯,我哋啱啱好彩趕得設喺佢哋食飯前落單,所以下次記住要大概1:30pm前去食,如果吾係可能要等好耐!
