屋企人早幾日話想食潮州菜,我就記得我之前去過呢一間位於鰂魚涌嘅餐廳,叫「陳儀興尚潮樓」。今次再去同屋企人都覺得幾滿意。首先食左個鹹酸菜同埋飲咗啲功夫茶。一開始就上左兩個湯品同前菜,兩款都有唔同嘅特色。首先,我哋叫咗一個潮州名菜「護國菜」。其實我自己本身都唔知護國菜係咩,淨係見佢綠得好深色覺得佢幾特別!但飲落去佢嘅湯底鮮美濃郁,問返個店員原來先知道係用菠菜去整。我哋仲叫咗個鹹菜花蛤湯,個花蛤湯味道鮮甜,湯裡面嘅鹹菜同花蛤好夾仲加埋番茄,增添了湯品嘅層次感。就前菜方面,我叫咗一個海蜇頭。呢個海蜇頭真係好特別!佢有獨特嘅麻油香氣,令人食得好過癮。個口感超爽脆,同時又帶點清爽。正呀!到左主菜方面,我哋叫咗一份手工菜個名叫石榴蟹同埋乾瑤柱春菜煲。石榴蟹嘅製作方式非常精緻,蟹肉鮮嫩多汁,上菜仲整到好靚添。而乾瑤柱春菜煲嘅組合亦十分出色,瑤柱鮮香,春菜爽脆,湯底濃郁,入口滋味豐富。媽媽呢一餐都食得好滿意,我見到佢個餐單入邊仲有好多唔同嘅菜式,希望下次可以試吓其他嘢啦。
