To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

明白飲茶熟客可以唔使排隊入去就有位但唔好咁L過份丫等成個鐘一張檯都唔嗌其他人一入去就位，其他人就係出面等位，呢班熟客就企係入面就得啦，一句「哈太您好」「陳生今日幾位」，服務態度又差如果未去過飲茶而佢有唔識您既您預咗等兩張檯都要等個半鐘啦！入去同個部長講唔好咁過分，佢竟然話：個d係熟客實有d熟客係咁（但都唔使咁過份出面一張都唔叫呀）咁間間都有咁既文化。又貴服務又差，永不幫襯！大家都唔好中招！浪費自己時間
